synopsis
The AVP tells the story of a family that lives in Mi Casa, that shows a series of daily routines that builds up to moments that they cherish the most. The moments will communicate a feeling of comfort, relaxation, and piece of mind, that will resonate with our target audience.






objective
The main objective of the AVP is to encourage people to purchase residential units at Federal Land’s Mi Casa development through the promotion of its positioning statement: combining one’s home with the laidback tropical island feel, targeting Filipinos and non-Filipinos.
treatment
Visuals will be presented and framed clearly with bright lighting, complimented with subtle movements that help amplify the imagery. A combination of wide shots that feature the space & tight shots that communicates intimacy & personal perspective.
